You can use your Greenwood app to report your card lost or stolen. Log in and go to My Card> Report Card. Then follow the prompts for reporting your card lost or stolen. Be sure to review your transaction history to check for any unauthorized transactions. If you have transactions you don’t recognize, be sure to contact us right away at 1-844-625-1921 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll start an investigation.
