I can't find my bank when I try to add an account.

If you don't see your bank in the list, try performing a search. You can do that by tapping in the Search box located at the top of the page and entering your bank name. If you still can’t find your bank, you may want to try linking your Greenwood account to your external bank through their online banking platform. 
You'll need your routing and account number which can be found in the app here: 
Dashboard > Green Arrow on Spending Account > Show Account Details
Don’t forget you can also have your payroll direct deposited to your account.
